Our Program Model
At RiverStone, we start by defining the foundation of care in writing. Our programs are designed for adults seeking structured, skill-based support, with a focus on:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Mental health stabilization
-
Real-world functioning
-
Crisis reduction
Our primary service is the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), offering 9–12 hours per week of structured therapy.
Program Structure
-
3–5 days per week of programming
-
3-hour group therapy blocks per day
-
Individual therapy sessions provided as clinically indicated
-
Embedded case management and system-navigation support as needed

Target Population
Our program is designed for adults whose mental-health symptoms and life stressors significantly interfere with daily functioning. This includes individuals who:
-
Experience persistent anxiety, depression, trauma responses, or emotional dysregulation
-
Struggle to maintain routines, responsibilities, or stability
-
Frequently encounter crises that lead to ER visits or hospitalizations
-
Have difficulty navigating systems, resources, and real-world demands
-
Need structured step-down or step-up care between outpatient therapy and inpatient treatment
We welcome adults with complex social stressors, unstable routines, and limited support networks who need structured, skills-based, and stabilization-focused care.

Program Summary
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is being developed to provide structured, CBT-focused mental health treatment for adults who need more support than traditional weekly therapy can offer. The program is designed to help individuals stabilize symptoms, reduce repeated crises, and build practical skills for everyday life.
Planned services will include:
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) groups
-
Individual therapy sessions as clinically indicated
-
Crisis-reduction and stabilization support
-
Life-skills development (emotional regulation, behavioral structure, and practical functioning)
-
System-navigation assistance (community resources, appointments, and support coordination)
-
Case management and connection to ongoing care as needed
Our approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in real-world functioning. RiverStone is built on the belief that structure and support must work together. We aim to meet clients where they are and help them build the confidence, accountability, and tools necessary for long-term stability and improved wellbeing.
